Urgent Notice

Congratulations to all our potential Graduands.  As we approach Graduation which takes place on Sunday, September 26, 2010, we encourage you that you have satisfied all the requirements. Please take note of the following:

1.         All Library books need to be returned and outstanding money paid.

2.         All entry requirements (CXC subjects) must be met and the necessary documentation submitted to the Admissions Office.

3.         Volunteer hours must be completed by July 30, 2010 and Time Cards submitted to the Student Life Office. (Full-time students only)

4.         All programme requirements must be satisfied.

5.         Outstanding fees (including Graduation fees) must be paid in full and bank slips submitted to the Bursar by July 30, 2010.

6.         Students who will NOT be attending the Graduation ceremony must notify the Registrar’s Office in writing by September 10, 2010.

7.         Students wishing to have a name on their Degree/Diploma other than the name on their file, must notify the Registrar’s Office in writing (by September 10, 2010) and provide the required documentation e.g. Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll etc.

8.         Please ensure that the spelling of your name as it appears on the Graduation list is correct. If it is incorrect please notify the Registrar’s Office in writing and provide proof of identification by September 10, 2010.

A Graduation meeting will be held on

Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.

All prospective Graduands must be in attendance.
